Coslzy friendly environment
There are many things which included but not limited to: 1- friendly staff especially Perla 2- good location 3- nice pool (child friendly) 4- cozy environment (feels like home) 5- nice outdoor façade with tables and swings
1- the room is like an apartment but there arent any utensils ( you need to ask for everything) 2- the service from the restaurant is relatively slow and not very well organized (on multiple occasions they forgot the spoons, ketchup, plates etc and you need to wait again) 3- the breakfast is very poor in case u book with a breakfast (it is basically boiled eggs with labneh, veggies and bread, and coffee) 4- the food at the restaurant is not tasty at all

The staff was very friendly and supportive , location is very good far from the noise of the city but has a very easy access to it.
there was a singing party in the hotel and we couldn't sleep till very late evening
